It is a lovely place, and compared to other companies that I have visited, they are very security conscious.

So with the current situation in Ghana, where usd1 is almost ghc8 and a litre of disiel is about ghc10, when is the securities and exchange commission plus GOG planning to pay customers of defunct Blackshield Fund Management company?
We are all witnesses to court cases in Ghana. We know about cases like Capital Bank and Ato Essien in court, but we never hear update of Blackshield court case. Are the authorities hiding something from the general public. With the current economic situation, if care is not taken by the time they decide to pay back the money, it may not buy a bag of cement. As at the end of 2019 usd1 was equivalent to ghc5.7 and a litre of disiel was ghc5.2. Now look at where we are. It is sad

Those saying cool place are probably just describing the building. The commission is not functional. And enquiries made through websites or on paper are ignored. People who invest in Ghana invest at their own peril. It's been years and I am still retung to recover over 100,000GHC from Delta capital an investment company. The office just sits there and when you go you will meet a receptionist who will tell you there is no one available.

Anyone trying to relocate to gh is better off keeping their monies in their banks abroad because you never know when any financial institution will collapse and you may never see your monies again.

You cannot trust the Ghana SEC to safeguard your investments in any fund management company under their care. I will advice readers to look elsewhere if you want to invest. If you know you know. People giving 5 stars are probably workers of SEC. This Institution is very weak, led by weak director, etc. With lame communication plan to the affected stakeholders.

Terrible oversight on decision to close down fund managers. Even the "okay" mutual funds transferred to new managers are still not operational and have the same issues of low liquidity, bad management and exposure to defunct institutions. Worse thing is, these funds are not part of any bailout plans.

They aren't reliable. I see they aren't monitoring payments of monies back to investors. TTL. took over First Banc and they hv been playing games all over.

Menzgold not licensed fine, things make 'basaaa' we understand to some extent. But the ones you've licensed to, you couldn't monitor them hmmmm. Why do we have to pay tax for your salaries?
