I was never a sporty person but this place made it actually fun for me. The team is so warm and welcoming and it really contributed to my amazing 4 years in Accra. I will miss it.

Crosstrain is a facility with the best sports experience! You have the opportunity to consistently push past your limits. They have great workout plans, amazing coach ( Coach Kojo) and trainers, great and healthy beverages and snacks, nice atmosphere and above all team spirit. Friendly for children too! Great Job!

The customer service (Isabella, Josephine and Simon) and quality of the gym is top notch.

All the trainers (Danny TRX, Felix CrossTrain, Prince Weights, the boxing coach etc) are fantastic. They get to know you by name and do their best to tailor the workout to suit your specific needs.

They have also done a good job of adapting post Covid and staying compliant too.

I recommend this gym!

Mr. Adomako is just a good fellow. I believe he is one of the few people with a good heart around the world. Humble and super friendly.

Hey! You read that he's humble right? 😊. When he switches to the workout mode, he will push you to go the extra mile till you get your health goals in check.

I love the wall over there, with kind words for Mr. Adomako and the team. It serves as a memory book which when read, tells you the relationship Cross Train have with their clients.
