Lovely environment for learning

This facility is mostly meant for the training of recruits to the electricity company of Ghana. Has the kind of facilities one may expect from a school; lecture halls, a dining hall, busses etc. The environment is serene, mostly. Sometimes over the weekend people use a park adjacent the school for funerals rites and such

Nice place but the lighting in the halls need improvement to enhance reading especially if you use lens
