It was good the staff there are very helpful, they helped me in filling my slip and other things I didn't understand.

It's a great banking hall experience. List of other banks near the location include, GCB, Ecobank, Stanbik and others I don't recall

Hello please why do you guys not pick up your service lines been calling to confirm something. I issued for a VISA CARD

Two ATMs, but it appears when one is functional the other isn't. And as to why SCB Ghana closes at 3pm, I don't understand. The premises is disabled friendly. Car park not spacious.

I have been waiting for my ATM card for over 2 months. Useless bank

Poor service, only 2 tellers for a busy branch with only one teller able to handle verifications all made even worse by how slow staff are, no sense of urgency. No signage to indicate services provided. Spending an hour just to make a payment is not acceptable.

Arguably the worst banking experience I've received in Ghana. The incompetent staff member I dealt had zero customer service training and peddled lies as part of her trade. Zero accountability whatsoever, she's a walking liability.

Not the best of service... very poor if I may add.

You can call for hours and no one picks up the phone......very terrible
