Small pharmacy friedly and professional workers

I went to this Pharmacy with a doctor's prescription. I met a gentleman called Osei. I don't his level of qualification but he was definitely not a doctor. He said he doesn't trust the doctor's prescription and he rather ended up giving me the wrong dosage. They failed to rectify it and the Osei guy was rude telling me I can send the matter anywhere. Had it been a critical drug, my heath would have been compromised. Be careful visiting this pharmacy. You could be given the wrong drug.

I would give this place zero starts if I could....I went to get some malaria preventative pills and the gentleman told me that they would be 47c but when the lady rung them up she said it was 194c and that was way more than what he told me so I got them then I researched it and found out that they weren't even malaria preventative pills so I emailed my doctor and she recommended I not take them so when I went to take them back he told me that I couldn't get my refund and so I had my husband co.e up there and then he said he was the manager but couldn't give me the refund because he had to wait for his cashier to get there which didn't make any sense at all but right after he says that he gives me my refund he was very rude and it was sad that my husband had to come up there just for me to get my refund and we've been to that pharmacy a lot so they lost a valuable customer

Their branch at community 25 has very rude staff. They are simply uncouth and must be properly trained on manners.
