Great customer service! I opened an account there about 2 weeks ago, everything was smooth and I'm happy to be part of the bank now... the only thing I didn't like was the fact that no one mentioned that I had to pay for the ATM card. The whole time it was offered as part of having an account but hey I love their service thus far.

The waiting time here can be really annoying. One person can spend over 20mins at the teller's...I experienced this severally.
I got a face towel souvenir when I visited during the festive season though

A nice bank at Vivian Farms junction. It used to be at the Puma fuel station in Lashibi. Their staff are good and friendly but their services are a bit dull. There are also so many deductions from clients' accounts at the end of every month for text messages and email.

Efficient service as expected, saw free Wi-Fi on the sign board outside, but inside there's a notice advising customers to turn off their phones

Unhelpful staff. I sat in the waiting area of the western union at this branch for over 30 minutes without even being acknowledged although I was the only customer there. They dont have respect for other people time or even the decency to greet you. When I was finally assisted the staff wasnt helpful at all. It seems they weren't well trained for their job.

Wouldn't recommend.
