Poor customer support I just received here. As pregnant as I am I sat in a queue for over an hour only to be told later that the platform was not working. Prior to that I went to CBG to do the same thing and upon seeing my condition they quickly pushed me to the next available Teller. It's not Enough Ecobank, respect people who come to your office. you are there to wait and serve them and serve them well. A lady was whining about the same issue. She had been there for hours and was later told the same story... Smh!!

Very spacious and covid protocols are being observed. However, it takes too long to get your mission accomplished. Great customer service though.

Pretty enough cashiers on post so service time was a bit ok.
