I saw other ear centers on my way to KRISPAT this morning, but I chose to proceed to KRISPAT because they have a time-tested reputation. I have seen some other reviews mentioning price, I would like to concentrate on the quality of service I received. The service was top notch and ideal for children with special needs.
If you want quality and can make the necessary financial sacrifice, choose KRISPAT. Keep up the good Client-centered service 👍

The exorbitant price they're charging for mediocre services they offer is quite unfair. It took all of 10 minutes for the doctor to " assess and treat" my issue and I walked out feeling no different than before. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The receptionist was rude and abrupt. She didn't smile or acknowledge any of the paying customers. I can only assume she's family and therefore didn't care.

they gave me a very expensive price for a ear wash!!! ear wash costed 150cedis!!!
I told them it's too expensive but they refused to give me a standard price...
then I called new star ear center which is very close to krispat and asked them the price for ear wash and they said it's 80cedis!!!!
what a shame
I wouldn't recommend krispat..
