It used to be called Swan Clinic and now HealthNet Swan Medical Center. Great customer service. The reception is great and health warning most especially it being a health center because people who come here expect to be treated right. Clean and tidy environment . Location very easy to find because it’s right on the main labadi Accra road. Right opposite the kingdom book store. Would highly recommend it

Reception is admirable. Technologically advanced. Accepts private health insurance. There is elevator and staircase. 24hrs/7 days a week health service. Eye ,dental and general medical treatment is accessible

I just left Swan and I must say I'm most grateful to everyone there,I've been unwell for some time and had visited several other hospitals without any proper diagnosis and treatment. Met doctor Jude today and he's been able to tell and given me medication for exactly what was wrong with me. The nurses and front desk staff were all amazing. Nice and clean medical centre on the La Road with good health personnel. Excellent healthcare assured

Poor service from support staff I.e. nurses, reception, lab...doctors are ok. But before you see a doctor, your experience would have been marred.. long waiting time. When there are 3 patients it can take you as long as 45minutes to get a simple sample taken, let alone test results.
