Very bad experience with mobile money payments at your Spintex branch. It’s different If you don’t accept mobile money payments, but as long as such payment method is acceptable, under no circumstance should you keep a customer waiting simply because the person to confirm receipt of payment is somewhere else and not responding to his or her WhatsApp messages!

Please do something about this because some of us customers are not happy with this! Honestly!
