Y'all need more tellers attendants... I spend too much time waiting, whenever I come to this bank ☹

My company has banked here for many years. The service in this branch is very poor. The counter displays and forex board have not worked for many months. The staff are unattentive and bordeline rude while the wait time to see a teller is unacceptable.

The plush banking hall doesn’t match up to its terrible service. Avoid it at all cost unless you just feel like enjoying it’s ambience .

It was displayed on the internet that the branch opens on Saturdays from 9-2pm only for me to get there and was told by the Security there that they have stopped opening on Saturdays for a while now.
A waste of time because it's now late to get to any other branch. You should check this out

Very poor customer service, delay and disappointment is what you get. You waste your entire time only to be told to come back again.

This branch in particular is a joke.
