So grateful for this excellent Pilates and physio therapy studio in Accra. Both the staff and facility are top notch. I attend at Cantonments. The studio is fully equipped, clean, peaceful, and in a convenient location. My instructor is a master of body mechanics, the reformer set-ups as well as of physio therapy.
He helps me meet my goals while respecting my limitations. Whether you are a resident or a visitor, and are looking for a Pilates, physio therapy studio you will be welcomed here and greatly benefit from their expertise.
