Health and Fitness Matters is located at Dansoman roundabout and inside the premises of Eagle Choice Eatery. Everything about fitness and healthy living is practiced here. Aerobics: ☆Cardio: Kickboxing, Battle ropes, cone drills Circuit drills, Step board drills. ☆Weights(dumbbells, kettle bells)
☆African Dance classes as a way of fitness and fun is part of the drills. ☆Hiking trips are also organised within the year. The team have made trips to Mt. Afadjato, Wli water falls(Volta Region), Obosomase water falls (EasternRegion), Mccarthy Hills, Accra (very often), Beach workouts are also part of our external activities. ●Mondays 7pm-8pm,(Kickboxing, Cardio workouts)●Tuesdays 7pm-8pm (African Dance Class) ●Thursdays 7pm-8pm (Step board Craft)
