Very efficient and courteous. There are 4 windows for service and one for payment. They accept debit, credit, cash.
Cash will be paid at the 5th window after all shipping paperwork is done. Masks are required. One other thing is that there is no openings in the partitions.

Wasn’t there in person but big ups to Zainab. Called in to their office and she was so nice and professional.. Answered all my questions and even called me back over after making further inquiries concerning pick up. Thank you Zainab💙

I sent a parcel to my brother in Ghana I was told the arrival date will be 3 August which is I tracked and saw it had reached Ghana,, to my surprise DHL Ghana office didn't even call my brother that the things are even in. My brother in turn called them and he was put on hold for 20 mins before responding.. My question is what are the staffs doing there? Bad customer service won't recommend anyone use your delivery service.. As I write today is 12 August and still no delivery.. What has happened to the parcel I sent DHL.. Please save the reputation of the company by doing what is right......

Convenient and fast, no queues.

If you think DHL is bad try FedEx.l have used DHL for the past 10 years in sending documents to Qatar and l have never been dissatisfied. I always use their airport branch and the customer service there is chef kiss.The truth of the matter is DHL is the number one leading international and domestic courier services in Ghana.

Location is easy to find and customer service is great! They are fast and convenient.

Quick time services no delays at all. I spent less time as expected but there is a new place(annex) for receiving parcels only. Better check before you stop at the main office

Please I how much does it cost for someone in the USA to send me a phone (iphone7plus) as the package? And would I have to pay any additional charges when it arrives in GHANA?
