A super center for all kinds of eye problems

I called the eye clinic center today at 11:23Am and the nurse/doctor wasn’t patient with me at all. I only wanted to make enquires before coming there, so that I won’t have to be found wanting when I get there, but she wouldn’t even give me the space to express myself. All she kept saying was, “just come here, you have to be present here”. Meanwhile I’m from afar and I’m working so I can’t risk coming there within my busy schedule without any enquiry about the necessary things required of me to bring along and other formalities so as I don’t miss out on anything. I am a very vulnerable person, I couldn’t tell her that she was being harsh. I only had to end the call because I couldn’t stand her not allowing me space to ask my questions. Please, humbly, do something about your customer service. Thank you
