Urbano Hotel

I brought some family members here. The hotel seems nice but I did not see the rooms. The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. The beer could be colder. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urbano Hotel even if it was for only one night, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations giving the timeline I had to work with. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who were eager to assist with anything I needed.

The rooms at Urbana Hotel are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a decent stay. The indoor restaurant adds an extra layer of convenience and security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

The hotel's strategic location on Oxford Street made it incredibly convenient to access a variety of restaurants, malls, and businesses. Despite my last-minute booking due to a missed connecting trip, I was swiftly attended to and checked in without any hassle. It was a relief to find such a gem of a hotel just behind where I was originally staying.

Whether you're in town for quick business or leisure, I recommend Urbano Hotel

P.s I stayed in the standard room and on airbnb it cost me about $50 I guess it was discounted.

I love this place.. ambience & food is topnotch.. location is perfect, especially if you are new in Ghana & wanna be at the heart of the city,Accra. But from room 001 to 003, the noise at the background is so sickening .. especially on weekends my friends had to change their rooms for peace of mind. Aside that everything about the hotel is Classy & the staff is well trained & polite especially one Raphic guy who attended to me .

All the staff is super friendly and gives excellent service, it's very familiar staff,
The food is very delicious,
Breakfast is simple 😋 , but the other meals can take in zytouna restaurants inside the hotel which have many dishes very delicious, the background of the restaurant is Lebanon 🇱🇧,
The location of the hotels is very strategic, and it's located in the most famous street in Accra , Oxford street, which whatever you want around the hotel by walking , there are a lot of very good restaurants, shops and caffe around and the hotel is very near from the airport,

Finally, all thanks and appreciation to Mr. Reda, the owner of the hotel... A very good and decent person, and very, very cooperative.. He is available all the time.. Greetings to him and my wishes for continued success

I enjoyed my stay here because it’s Very homelike and they have great customers service. The staffs there are always trying to help! I was glad I chose there because It is closer to every and anywhere you’re trying to go. The gym is fully equipped and the breakfast are something to always look forward to! KFC, hangouts, shoprite are just on the street. When next I’m in Accra I’ll surely stay at urbano💯

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Warm and friendly and courteous. Also very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the pictures online did not disappoint me at all. The suite was very nice and comfortable. Fresh fruit and a different main course for breakfast was every morning and fresh hot coffee and a variety of teas. Did not know they had a driver. You can rent the car for a half or a full day. A special thanks to Micheal who gave me a tour of the other properties such as the Urban Roots Hotel. Very nice. Once again the pictures online did not disappoint me. Roof top bar with a jacuzzi, really nice room. Both hotels had a cook top with a refrigerator. The Urban Roots has an elevator (nice). Michael thanks for your time and kindness. Will stay here again or at the Urban Roots .

Stayed here two years ago. Must say, the hotel is very hip and colorful. Clean, friendly and feels like home. Good customer service, and the meals were just delicious. The breakfast especially, world class continental food. Close proximity to so many amenities down town Accra.

This hotel is in a perfect location, in the center of Accra City and close to local markets, restaurants, important landmarks, etc. Urbano Hotel is very modern and updated, the wifi network is strong. They also have a restaurant, pool, workout area and two nice sun areas. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. If you have to overnight in Accra, I’ll recommend this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

Urbano Hotel was a wonderful experience. All amenities were honored and of good quality. The restaurant and room service was exceptional and we were thrilled to test out the gym for a few minutes before heading to the Airport City. I would be remiss in giving this review without mentioning the staff's attentiveness, patience, and the ease with which they accommodated us.

It is a lovely hotel in the heart of Accra. Friendly staff always ready to help. I even forgot my travel documents on their desk and they sent a dispatch ride to hand them over to me at the airport and prevented me from losing my flight.

They have highly-qualified and experienced team works around the clock to ensure you have the most pleasing experience.
They have a very serene environment for better relaxation.
Food here is great and workers are very friendly and opened up to assist you with any difficulty

Landed in Ghana and I thought heat will be end of me. Hotel sent a van for a pick up, driver there on time AC on and water on board.
Reception, that cold mint lemon drink, cozy sofa, best customer service👌 for the door man and at the reception.
Clean rooms, loved the interior design, internet on, best Forex on sight, great meals, breakfast in variety, smoking zone, I had to try the gym. The restaurant outside, great view awesome food and ambience.
Location 👌 best eateries around, best clubs are a walking distance. This is Osu.

I really enjoyed this place. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Osu, Accra walking distance to many restaurants and clubs. The staff was phenomenal especially security. I felt safe regardless of whatever hours of the night. The room is small but it feels spacious because of the furniture placement. Also it is a short 7-10mins ride to Labadi Beach. Taxis and Ubers are running 24hrs, no wait time. This is an ideal location.

The front desk were friendly and helpful, the day I was living the lady on front desk/repceptionist helped me with my bags, five stars to her. location awesome!!! Buffet great. My cousin came to visit me in the hotel and it was the time for the cleanner to clean, she gave us a place to sitdown, after finished cleaning she came and invite us back, vex that I didn't asked her name, the date was 5.12.2018 I'm giving her five stars*****)) I'll definitely come back next time in Ghana.

Friendly staff, good food and taxi driver always in the lobby.

Wifi was working most of the time, but they have several routers, so you can choose the one that works.

The receptionist at the front desk made our experience wonderful. All of the staff was amazing from house keeping, security and restuarant staff. Rooms are clean, air conditioning is nice and cool and hotel is in a prime location

Situated on the busy Oxford street in OSU, Accra. Urbano caters for the city lover with exquisite rooms and service that will leave you asking for more. Good rooms, nicely furnished and makes use of available space to give you a unique feel. Try it when in Accra.

Smooth check in and check out.The staff were helpful and the room was pristine.I stayed for w nights and I like its proximity to other entertainment amenities.

It is a very nice and serene hotel, the breakfast is fabulous.
The most important of all is that it is located in the middle of the city,surrounded by many restaurant, less than 20minutes drive to most of the touristic areas in Accra
