Picked my parcel with complete ease and convenience. The beauty of the whole process is I didn't need to wait for an office to open. Pickup can be done at any time. My only problem is that the message for pickup came without instructions on how to operate the "Self service" locker.

One of the best if not the best drop off services I've had. You are assured of picking up your item just as was dropped off.
Give them a try if you haven't yet done that

Very simple and convenient. I could go to work knowing my item have been delivered and I could come to pick it up at anytime having not to rush because it doesn’t have a closing time. 🤝👌
