This is the biggest sports emporium i know personally in Ghana. Very clean. Infact i was surprised how clean the facility was . Well managed and maintained with state of the art physio and cardio training equipments. Dully filled with and upgraded regularly. Very impressive.
An international standard swimming pool for sports, boxing gym and for professional bouts . So far very good .

A good place for competitive swimming. The 14th CANA African Competition took place here. The only place that can host such a prestigious Competition. Many countries from Africa brought their representatives here for the tournament. It was much fun to host an African tournament here.
