Good place for daily routine shopping, you can find almost everything from food items to furniture, electrical appliances, toys and decorative material. The place is quite children and wheelchair accessible friendly. It is one the place in Accra where things are properly arranged. The price tags are quite accurate as compare to other places where the price tahs are missing or misleading.
Some items are expensive as compare to other competitors.
They should clearly highlight that if available meat is halal.
Supporting staff is always available. Please check the expiry before buying, normally the items on sale are close to expiry or you may even find the expired items but it not usual

I always use the Palace Supermarket but I was pleasantly surprised to find The Outlet, Banana and a few other cute little stores upstairs! I believe they need to place a sign board downstairs to attract the customers' attention.

Shopping in Palace Mall Labone in particular is a Great homely shopping experience, the orderliness of the shopping shelves, well categorized groceries, the varieties, the freshness of vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, bread, the unlimited Electricals and kitchen stuff, cosmetics, toys, etc, large enough car park with good sense of security and customer services are also amazing, from shopping attendance to POS to security to Management.
One more thing the uniqueness of the escalators (for both moving up and down) is amazing

They have ample parking space. It was not overcrowded. The ambience was very quiet and neat. They obey the Covid-19 protocols. They have wide range of stuff both local and international. Their prices are okay as compared to other malls.

It's a place for a great shopping experience for groceries, home appliances etc

Excellent for last minute shopping. Able to find London brands such as Bershka, H&M, and other branded apparel.

Same as other palace malls I guess, staff here are very nice, prices are lower compared to MaxMart for the same items. Usually get cat food from here, they have jungle cat food, Simba cat and dog food, and a 50gh 10L cat litter which has actually lasted way longer than I thought it would.

The place is nice and you can find many local and international food. Also second floor have many house tools and electric machines.
It is good choice for a weekly shopping were you can collect all what you want in one stop

New shop opened at Labone. It has adequate parking for shoppers. Shop is quite large and spacious offering a wide range of products - local and imported frozen and fresh foods, confectionery, dairy, toiletries, water & drinks, health foods, meats, pet food, grains e.t.c. - on the ground floor. The first floor has the electronics and home appliances and decor accessories as well as a children's items and toy section. There is still so construction being done so tread cautiously when outside. All Covid protocols are duly observed. Also quite conveniently located. A good place for a short stop to grab a few items or a long shopping spree or even window shopping alone or with family. I doubt you will leave empty handed though.😊
