My visit to Palace Mall was an enjoyable experience. The wide variety of stores offered a diverse shopping experience, and the mall's layout was easy to navigate. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my shopping satisfaction. However, parking was a bit challenging during peak hours. Despite that, Palace Mall remains a top choice for a convenient and diverse shopping destination.

Among one of the vast shopping centers in Ghana. This hub has all human needs available in unlimited varieties one could choose from. Located in the serenical spintex enclave with vast parking lot and wide spaces available for any costumer on foot or on wheels.

Various labelled shelves with well organised products and produce making it accessible for costumers to easily locate items, which eases off stress during shopping. Enough attendants available to assist anytime one may need their services. Enough on-duty cashier sections to fasten service transactions.

Available items ranging from food produce, hardwares, interior textile and home decor, kids play items, carpets, electronics of various kinds for both domestic and industrial use.

Aesthetically appealing that one may not want to leave. Shopping addictive oriented leaving contomer impulse shopping with much affordable items.

Has a restaurant/bar on the third floor that’s great for family hangouts and birthday celebration among other celebrations. Food is affordable too

I had a very good shopping experience. Purchased essentials, fruits and vegetables. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely visit again.

Well structured environment, standard infrastructure, customer friendly, good parking space but I suggest the leakage should be worked upon to avoid future threats.

The palace mall is a great place to shop you will most things from house hold items to furniture, shoes, clothes hairdresser, kids play area the list can go on.

Beautiful and clean washrooms. Various departments have high quality goods for sale.. food was absolutely delicious!! Fries were crispy, chicken was spicy, crunchy and perfectly grilled 🤤🤤. Groceries, somewhat affordable 😁. Definitely a place to shop

The place has been renovated to look even better. You can find Restaurants including Chinese Lebanese and many more. Pizza Hut and Second Cup Coffee Restaurants are available too. There is a big playground for kids. E-Z store for all clothing needs. And most of all Palace Shopping Center to buy any kind of groceries, electronics, home appliances, and many more.

Almost everything is available. Great exchange and return policy, very helpful and friendly staff.

Lively place. Already Christmas themed. Smoothies and fresh fruits available in one of the shops.

One stop place for grocery shopping in and around Spintex and it's enclaves. I had my car key reproduced here and also used the place of convenience.
