Serene environment, very Clean and 5 mins from major spots in East Legon.

The Majority of the Front Desk staff are rude. They don't wear uniforms or name tags. Most days they seem as if they don't want to be bothered. The upper management is also unprofessional and it rolls down to the staff members. Go with another company if you want to be treat with excellent service. You won't get it from Willows.

This company is the worst management company in Accra. Both brokers and former tenants agree. Do yourself a favor and do not rent with these people. They lie and mislead you to lure you into their overpriced property and then find ways to gouge you for money during and after your stay. They will find crazy reasons to take money from your security deposit and lie about the reasons. They have zero integrity. I would give them a zero rating if it were available. Warning to those with an American or British accent: the price is raised $300-$500 more when they hear your accent. Be very leery of this company. They will charge you for things like “dust” under the tv... who does that? Even if the property is somewhat decent, dealing with a management company that lacks integrity will put such a sour taste in your mouth you will wish you listened to me. Keep looking.. there are tons of better deals with more trustworthy management companies and landlords out there. I’m writing this review to warn and help others not get taken advantage of in the future. I wish I had been warned.
