I’ve been very happy with Denya Developers. Their apartments are great; smart layout and high-quality furniture/ appliances. I also really like their team. They’re always available and happy to help if anything does come up. I can only recommend them!

I can only highly recommend Denys Developers! Their service and staff is outstanding, always service-oriented and quick to react!

I lived in one of their apartments and it couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was located in the heart of Osu yet very quiet and absolutely spacious! The apartments have large windows, a nice balcony (space for 4 people!) with an amazing view of the city centre as well as sea and are generally very well equipped! AirConditioning always worked perfectly fine and power supply was ensured at all times despite the power outrages that can happen in Ghana. All common facilities (pool, car parking, stair case) were in very good shape and exceptionally clean!

If I ever encountered an issue, staff was immediately reachable and happy to help! Problems of any kind were fixed asap and I was informed about the process without ever asking about an update.

I had an exceptional stay at Denya Developers apartment during my time in Accra and would always choose them again as my apartment provider!
