I found this dry cleaning spot randomly via a google search and the place is tucked away in a calm area in Osu. They are very friendly and customer service heightened. I needed two pieces of clothing cleaned and they were able to meet the short deadline I had. The clothing looked brand new when it picked them up, and their prices for the services provided are very reasonable. I was happy to see their services were SMS enabled as I received a text message when my items were ready. Being the first dry cleaning spot I’ve used since being in Accra, I think I will stick with them.

They gave me the wrong dress and I alerted them. Four days later, I am still waiting to exchange with the other customer. Both the management and staff need to be trained in customer service. They see it as our problem and not theirs
