I received excellent treatment for my condition, and the doctors explained everything to me clearly and patiently. The nurses and other support staff were also very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy had a wide range of medications and the laboratory services were fast and accurate.

The medical center also offers a variety of training and simulation programs for health professionals and students, as well as research opportunities for scholars and scientists. Arguably the most beautiful, well equiped and well designed medical facility in the country. A Beautiful and clean environment, great landscape, spacious car park, automated gating, fully air-conditioning building. It a great place.

This hospital is the best I have visited in Ghana. The building, the facilities to the professionalism of the nurses, the doctors, it's difficult to rate because they meet every possible criteria. They accept only private health insurance for now. If Ghana can have a hospital like this in each region, there will be no need for people seeking medical care abroad but as usual the greed of our leaders won't permit.

One of the best medical center in Ghana. During the Covid, it championed healthcare in Ghana. It is in University of Ghana, not far from the Diaspora and the University of Ghana Gymnassium.

Have been using UGMC for over a year. Had ankle surgery amd the Drs and staff were amazing both outpatient and inpatient services.

Their online booking and appointment service is excellent.

What they need to get right is when you have a cash balance on your account it should be automatically deducted at reception. However, on 2 occasions I was sent between reception and billing several times as reception didnt know how to deduct from my balance. Plus I have to carry a receipt number there all the tume so show i have money on a card (kindly resolve this).

Great customer service, they work on time, friendly nurses especially the Allied ward nurses. The place is neat and easy to navigate. Quiet surroundings for a great recovery. Doctors are calm and friendly. Experienced Doctors ( Dr Damah, ENT specialist and Dr Gyan Cardio, specialist)

Their trainee doctors too are great, there are no discrimination whatsoever, they treat everyone equally.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service that I received from the health practitioners ar this state of the art medical facility in Ghana

One of my best experiences in a health care facility in West Africa. Its been a couple of months using this hospital and the services remain high quality along with experienced health care professionals. One of the attributes I love about this hospital is its cleanliness.... (of course it is still new) but I hope they maintain this standard.

Their good in service bit sometimes the nurses in treatment room are very cruel and rude to patients.
