The workers at the station are swift to serve customers in most cases. The location of the facility makes it easy for road users to access from various sides of the road. Commuters from Tebibiano can access the facility before the enter the Lekma road while those from Lekma can drive straight to the facility. Commuters from Teshie main road heading to Lekma can a make U-turn at Tebibiano junction to patronize Star oil.
