Pharmacy Royale

Excellent customer service and phone etiquettes. They have an older gentleman that extremely knowledgeable about medications and always available to advise when needed.

The service I received from the woman at the counter was superb. She was friendly and incredibly helpful.

Came in to pick up some sunscreen, ear drops, and itch cream. We asked the lady behind the counter and she was quick to get our items.

Anything needed from a drug store can be found at pharmacy Royale. Any medication which is out of the country can also be delivered to your door step.

I never knew I will give a bad review for a pharmacy but I will do for this one. I have been a couple of times in this pharmacy and every time I ask for a specific medicine they never have it. Then I ask for something similar to replace it they never have it either. Then when I will ask for something equivalent that they have in the pharmacy the guy there will always give me the most expensive medicine they have . Because I am in need I will take it, and it will not work. I am upset because he did that again yesterday and I have my allergies, so I took the medicine he suggested and it didn’t work at all. Obviously I am never going back there even for paracetamol
