Very unpleasant experience.
Poor visitors lounge. Air-condition not stable and environment not so clean.

I took my audi q7 for my first servicing there. I was told it will only take an hour. After 3 hours I was informed they had finished but someway somehow my rear Tyre had been punctured and damaged by an inject in the warehouse.

I asked for a replacement and was told they wanted to get me a replacement from the used Tyre market off the street.

I told them I was not going to accept that and insisted I needed a brand new Tyre since the damaged Tyre was brand new as well. All these events happened on a Monday.

Eventually at about 4.pm (note that I was at their premises at 9am), I was given another customers Tyre to drive home whiles they arranged for a new replacement Tyre for me.

It took me till Thursday to get a call for the replacement. I was shocked to realize that the replacement was a home used Tyre bought from the used Tyre market.

I had to flatly refuse and issue threats that eventually led me to the workshop managers office. It at this juncture that they realized I would not budge and made arrangements for a replacement.

I left their office at 4.30pm that day when indeed I was told the Tyre replacement will take just 39 minutes.

Overall a very bad experience and I don't think I'll service my vehicle at that place ever again.
