Got my lunch and smoothie promptly as usual. You can get your breakfast from a good variety of pastries, salads, smoothies, coffees and juices. Lunch is available on order as well. They cater for all events, interesting and delicious cakes for all ages and occasions, Christmas and other celebratory occasion breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Delicious, hygienic and relatively affordable. Oh and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Eat well and live well. For health meals you can always count on mango and wheat. The place is neat. They have an outdoor seating. It’s a good place to bring the kids. The prices are a bit expensive as compared to their in similar services. It’s has a disability entrance but not car park.

You can try that place out when you come to town anytime. Enjoy !

We usually buy the loaf cake, only ghs60 and they are beautifully decorated.

The best place ever. I had the chicken rainbow salad with sour cream and I was in love. Their chicken wings is also amazing. It’s the beast place for anyone trying to eat healthy. They have smoothies and low carb low fat foods. Overall the best ever

Great salads (always fresh), juices, cakes and of course food. I go there frquently. It is a laid back place where you can sit outdoors or indoors. Cool and professional staff.
