Wow! What a great service! The best customer service I’ve received in Ghana so far! The waiter was call « Joshua » and he was cordial and so helpful! I am impressed. The food and the coffees were delicious. I recommend this coffee shop to everyone! Also, it’s a Canadian franchise.

Cute space in the Palace Mall; friendly albeit quiet staff. Americano coffee was strong and the cappuccino was great!

Tell you what, I've lost count of the number of times I've been to Second Cup (whether it's their Palace Mall or Takoradi branch) from having breakfast after morning runs, on lunch breaks just to read or finish work on my laptop to meeting up with my bestfriend after hours.

I visited the first time for a cup of strawberry-banana smoothie and cheese croissants, and I was sold! Subsequently, I've had other luscious combos -- mixed berry fusion smoothie and chocolate croissants, caramel chocolate drink and chicken sandwich, strawberry smoothie and multicereal croissants, caramel coretto and plain croissants, and so on. I'm a habitué now and hence make it a point to stop by every other week for a cup and a bite.

They also serve delish cake slices (red velvet, chocolate, black forest, tiramisu, cheese, carrot), muffins, cookies, parfaits, varieties of tea and coffee, chillers and salads. This lovely cafè with a view of the busy Flowerpot Spintex Road is a good place to unwind and monitor the Spintex traffic situation at sundown.

I love second cup. I’d recommend their iced matcha green tea and Italian soda (in an flavor really). Good thing is they are open till midnight

I had a meeting here and we took the Spanish latte during our conversation. Great place to hang out for me. Cool environment.

Great coffee. A good environment for freelance developers as well. My personal favorite is their mixed berry Parfait which is very healthy.

Early mornings has never been better! Taking my time sipping that amazing cup of coffee of my choice, and catch a healthy bite to kick start your positive day... Oh did i forget to mention that service amazing too? Well it is as the team working there makes you feel family!!

Second cup. Mainly a coffe shop with baked treats and new coffee drinks and sweet ice drinks. Prices aren’t too high there’s no full on food but sandwich’s.

Serene environment to grab a cup of a nice creamy coffee + free WiFi everyday from 6:00am to 12:00am

Easily one of the best coffee shops about and with great food and cakes.

I absolutely love the chocolate brownies they serve there. It's always available and fresh.

Amazing place for a casual meeting or for working on your laptop. The vibe is amazing. The buzz of people chatting, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and cheese and all that good stuff, the soft music in the background, great interior decor and lighting, amazing coffee. Sockets and WiFi available. Definitely my go to for working online and casual meetings!

Friendly staff who understood when I talked to them about food allergies. The staff described how they made their one food I wanted to buy because of allergies and I was satisfied with the process explanation. My daughter had the food and was good.

Love their coffee and cheesecake. In general everything I've eaten and drunk there which is more "snacky" is really yummy. I enjoy going there alone with a book or a movie on my laptop, have a large latte and I am the happiest person on earth. Surely it's also nice to go with a friend or to have an informal meeting. My kind of place.

That's the only place I go to unwind. They listen to customer details when you don't know what to get or you out of options. Diabetic and hypertensive patients are even on their service list. Ain't that cool. The Accra Mall Branch is a place to be.😍😍😍

A good quality Cafe. The coffee is very good. Almost all of the food and desserts I have had here have been great. The free wifi and plant of places to sit is very nice. They even have extra seats out in the middle of the mall. Definitely a great place that deserves at least a visit.
