I really liked this hotel! Delicious food in room service, great amenities. To be honest I didn't use the pool. The breakfast bar is like insane added value. It's not really around anything you can walk to. I so wish the hotel bar was open later, they could make a lot more business! Kind Room service. Wouldn't use the laundry services.

This was definitely one of the friendliest hotels I have been to. The staff is so caring and makes you feel at home the room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is filling and the hotel offers several services. They make sure everyone is catered for. Grounds is also beautiful.

Made use of their conference rooms, spacious with basic conference equipment. Lunch was on point. Service in general was quite remarkable as they were ready to accept and shift ground to accommodate us.

I stayed at Alisa Hotel North Ridge in December 2021 to January 2022, so my review is a bit late.

The most important thing I found enjoyable about my stay was the Topnotch customer service. If I had a complaint it was resolved immediately. The General Manager Alex was the best! Other staff that were awesome and I encountered during my stay was Vida, Ernest, Awo, Daniel, Beatrice and Ephraim and I am sure I’m forgetting some names. I want to “Thank you guys for an amazing experience.”

My next favorite thing was eating…the food was amazing every single day. I got to meet the chef but forgot his name.

I enjoyed frequenting the gym and the cost of training sessions were affordable.

My least favorite experience about my stay was the hotel itself could use some updating….like removing all carpeting and using tile or wood/faux wood flooring. Some other small minor upgrades would surely be a win for the hotel and its guess.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Accra choose Alisa you want regret it!!!

We went over for the Friday buffet dinner with the live band. Wide variety of food. It was a friend's birthday so we dropped the cake with the hostess for later. Drinks were reasonably priced, music was ok, got better as the night went on. Open air seating under a clear Accra night sky. Local options, grill options, pizza, salads 🥗, very nice all round.
The zeal with which the staff process for birthday celebrants is unmatched! There were about 3 celebrants that night and everyone got high level of enthusiasm from the staff.
Thank you for a wonderful night. We stayed way past closing time and never once got any attitude from anyone.

Very beautiful accommodation with courteous staffers, always willing to offer assistance. They arranged airport pickup and their lounge at the airport is quite lovely too.
Neat swimming pool/area, terrace, games, fine dining with variety of meals at the breakfast buffet. Internet was high-speed and the walkways, sparkling.

Alisa Hotel has the BEST customer service I’ve experienced. My organization hosted a large and complicated workshop of 50+ people. Vida, Kanor, Afua, Mercy, and so many others took amazing care of our team and participants. I’m very grateful for their excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you again!

My experience of Alisa was out of the world. From Thai massage, food and environment. The staff were welcoming and ready to help. I enjoyed the rich delicacy including the local food.

Nice hotel in good position. Room big and clean. The quality of the restaurant is very good . The best aspect of the hotel is the service.. Al the Personnel of the hotel was Perfect. I will simply define the quality of the service excellent. the gym and the swimming pool are nice and clean.

I really enjoyed my time at Alisa Hotel North Ridge, the service is top notch, the foods are awesome with friendly and welcoming staff making our stay beautiful during the Climate Reality Leadership Training. The hotel area is beautiful and quiet, the place is not far from our venue at the International Conference Center. My Terrance experience was amazing and enjoyed the snooker game.

I didn't experience the place fully for myself, as I only went there for a programme. But for the location it's at a really nice place.

I'd love to get a better feel of the place a little later. Still a dope place tho😉

Excellent hotel and location. All staff were fantastic. Emmanuel Clark and Jonathan at the car service were especially awesome.

Went to the Sunday brunch and it was great. Definitely a way to try Ghanaian food at once.
