Great service and prices but no A/C. They have big fans. They port hot water into a bucket with cool water to wash your hair and do a great job. The price is reflecting of the things they lack. So if you don't mind that I would definitely recommend. They always take great care of me.

They are busy on the weekends and one of the only shops open on a Sunday. If you can go in the mornings during the week you might be one of two people and be able to get in and out. A lunch break to the salon during the week will save you a few hours during the weekend. You can always call ahead to see how busy they are before you head in.

Great advocates for natural hair. So am I. Lovely ambience too and stock a wonderful variety of natural hair products to help keep you looking authentically African.

Gets terribly busy on weekends so patience is required. For the price, I can't say much. Women always spend so much on their hair irrespective of where they do it. But I think the cash you spend here is worth the compliments.

They accept electronic payments - cards and mobile money. That's pretty neat, allowing you confidently choose and spend without worrying about how much cash you have at hand.

I'm here every other weekend because my wife and daughter just sparkle each time. I'm a sucker for cornrows...

Great experience - just needed to take my braids down and a quick wash/blow dry. Most of my positive experience was because of Regina - she was attentive, knowledgeable and gentle (which for someone with a tender head you know is hardddd to find). She actually could tell I had a sensitive scalp without me even telling her. Consistently checked in on me and made sure that I was good. The service was quick and prices reasonable - will be back!

This location is awesome. I have been doing my own hair for so long that I forgot how amazing other stylists can be. The staff here are polite, friendly, and they do excellent work fast! The customer service is what I came to talk about. Good customer service in this country is rare, but Twist and Lock Salon is by far the best service I have received. I fully recommend this place. Did I mention the prices are reasonable? Just wow. You have a loyal customer.

My all-time best experience at a salon here in Gh! If you're from abroad looking for a place to get your natural hair or kids hair did...Lol! Then pls look no further! Am always looking for good customer service everywhere I go in Gh because the fact is that most Ghanaian business offer zero customer service! It's always a challenge;the thought is that they are doing you a favor so there's absolutely not effort on their part. Nway....to begin I was late taking my daughter to get her hair loc'd just cause of unnecessary traffic. i sent a mssg to inform & received quick response. I got there Xtra late and got no bad attitude from the workers. They weren't busy at the time so everyone jumped in to get my daughter's hair as fast as possible. She slept during the process but that didn't discourage them. They worked hard and fast to get us out. Unfortunately I didn't have enuff money on me to tip big but I really appreciate all their effort. So glad to have found this gem salon! I will always go back. Place is neat and comfy. The ppl are nice. They've got a variety of products you may be more familiar with if you're from outside. Great job guys!

Twist and Locs (Osu) has a clean, warm and healthy hair salon. The staff are loving and treat your hair like it’s their own. All the products and methods used on your hair are organic and beneficial for hair growth. I visit them every time I’m staying Accra. I would recommend trying some of their homemade products as well, it makes your scalp feel amazing and activates strong healthy hair.

Fredericka did my hair and I was pleased with the results! She took a lot of care in handling my natural hair. The establishment is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend twists & locs, and plan to return.

The salon was clean and busy. I did not get my hair done because I did not have an appointment when I visited. They appeared well stock with hair care supplies for sale. They are located on the second floor of an office building and have a nice size waiting area.
