Found Poki House within the first weeks of our arrival in Accra. Cool place to hang out. Good selection of drinks and reasonable prices. Food to order (kebabs are great). Large outdoor projector for sports. This will be my ‘local’.

Usually the crowd here are foreigners and older folks.
The food is good..
I enjoyed my jollof with beef sauce and the extra fries were really crisp.
They have very Good pork chops.. and even better chicken wings and Guinea fowl.
The staff here are friendly and very professional.
I suggest you order ahead to avoid delays as the wait for food is usually long.
They serve great cocktails too.

Good atmosphere and the music was not too loud so my colleagues and I could chat okay. The food was great but very spicy so be warned! Service was a little problematic, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. They need more heads or a system for efficiency.

Poki house is really my go to. It doesn't have the fancy aesthetics but the food and atmosphere is just ripe for a memorable night! Their food is so so good! The waiters are well trained. Try any of their sauces and thank me later.

Nice little outdoor spot near where we stayed. Open late night, with sports on a big screen tv and some music playing in the background. Of all the places I’ve dined at outdoors while in the city, this was one of the very few places that didn’t have pestering flies and mosquitoes constantly bothering me. The food was great. My partner got a piña colada, which wasn’t good, but we managed to drink it and still have a great time.
