Barclays Bank Makola branch has 2 floors banking space which should make it convenient but it appears different services are available at each floor.
I couldn't quite wrap my head around what was available where but asking the security personnel present should help.

This is the Makola Branch of Barclays Bank. It's location is very easy to find and visible if you are descending from Kojo Thompson Road (on foot). They next to the SIC Life Mall. It's quite a busy banking hall...

The ATM on spintex road opposite the Kopgas furniture screen has not been working for the past 2 months.You can't check your balance as well no receipts after use.
