FNB was promised to be the better out of the lot but ironically turned out to be the worst of them all based on my personal experiences.
The lack of effective communication and time urgency is seriously lacking especially at my branch .
Extremely poor customer service and no sense of professionalism from some of the staff.
As far as I know my branch does not uphold the values of the bank and that is deceptive since that’s what they advertise.
Will I recommend FNB again to anyone ? No i will not and a heartfelt apology to everyone I made open an account with them.

If i could give zero stars I would but hopefully someone gets saved from this embarrassment

Worst Bank in Ghana, this bank has unjustly stolen funds from their customers account. After freezing the accounts.

SCAMMERS!!!! They are thieves who prey on the vulnerable and steal from them... This bank has a lot of flaws... looked promising, but they have a mission in Ghana... to steal from customers!
