I just left this place and their service is appauling, first of all the security man was on his phone for about 3mins and didn't help at all with traffic navigation,I wanted to cash my cheque and there was a lady teller who was completely unoccupied,I asked her if she can collect my cheque, she tells me she will call me . Another customer was being attended to by another teller,the lady teller calls this customer and tell her she has 65ghc worth of coins,the customer says she wants the coins so the lady teller suddenly is free to count 65ghc cedis of coins for another customer who is already being attended to by the next teller and she expected me to wait,I left the bank to my main branch adabraka ,where they are more friendly and warm.
