Went to this bank to open an account. I got all the support I needed until they (my assumption) realized I’m opening a basic savings account. They asked me to wait aside while they attended to another customer who just got in. I sat and waited for over an hour. I eventually got upset and got up to leave. The lady who was helping me apologized and promised to open the account and send me the details. It’s been three months!!

Slow doesn't explain how slow their service is. Never in my life have I been to a bank that you have to wait for 2 hours to withdraw money.
