The branch is spacious. It has been provisioned with QMS for easy and efficient management of the queue. The branch has two ATMs as well. Working days is from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Staff are professional, friendly and well-groomed.

One of the best private banks in Ghana. They have relatively good customer service.
The location of the Osu branch makes it easily accessible from several directions in times of need. Their ATMs are reliable.

We just started an account and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. It's hard to tell if the staff are incompetent or just don't care. The name of my company is Hechtech but on the credit card they gave me the name is HAPLB GUARANTEE which is totally unreocgnizable to me. I asked if they could change the name do that the vender can recognize that it is my company otherwise the vender may think I am using someone else's card. I was told that it is too late. How pathetic.
