The bank has good employees who offer good customer services. There is often no queue. They issue instant VISA cards at affordable prices (GH¢10.00) and charges an maintenance fee as little as GH¢5.00 (every three (3) months), but their cards are not Verify By VISA (VBV). This makes their cards not secured.

I have a very bad experience this morning. It is 8 : 51 am and the bank is still closed. The staff at the entrance says they have some challenges, he does not know when they will open. We should go to another branch.
I tried calling them several times. No one picks the call.
The phone outside on the wall is also not working.
