Fidelity Bank - Mamprobi

The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have been attended to by Shiela (Bank Teller) and Francisca (Customer Service) multiple times and I am always very impressed with their customer service. Thank you ladies!
There are 4 bank tellers and they are all very fast so there is mostly just a short waiting time before being attended to. The chairs are however very few so sometimes customers have to stand to await their turn.
They offer all the regular banking services of Fidelity Bank – new accounts, investments, loans, etc. and their services are excellent.

Facility is wheelchair accessible. Not so busy and workers are very apt and doing. You won’t have to worry about the reception from staff, it’s Fidelity bank.

The fidelity bank Ghana mamprobi branch is an amazing place. Fully air conditioned rooms with nice places of convenience.

Nice place to Bank. Customer service on point, security at the door are very welcoming and friendly. Tellers are also welcoming and ready to attend to you. Good location as well

The bank gets busy. Lots of customers troop in to use the banks services. The banking hall could be expanded to accommodate the numbers.

Staff are friendly and always willing to assist.

Having 4 tellers would be a big plus to the branch due to the sheer numbers that utilize the banks services.

Worst branch! Very slow / not enough tellers. I was told some of the staff were eating for over an hours. Leaving 2 very slow tellers to attend to the overflowing customers. Tellers are also not up to date regarding the new Ghana card protocol especially with regards to foreigners. Fidelity bank, do better.

I checked online if your office was opened on a Saturday, it said yes only for me to drive all the the way from Anyaa to get there and it’s closed, like is that good service how
