The only regret I have about my experience with this spa was not booking earlier. I came across Urban Serenity on Instagram somewhere in 2019 but I kept moving in circles with my acne and dark spots filled face paying a lot of money to “organic skincare vendors” and dermatologists with absolutely no results. In June this year, urban serenity popped up in my instagram ads and I decided to take a leap of faith and that’s the best decision I’ve made. My breakouts have reduced significantly and the dark spots too have evidently faded. Mavis is the best in this corrective skincare game!!!

This place is my life saver . I started with a rough acne face now having a calmer look all thanks to @urbanserenitygh. The lady is so amazing her advice and constant checking up on me is heart warming. Most recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always love getting facials here. They’re so relaxing and effective, and when I get one, i can instantly tell the difference. And I love that she actually assesses what your skin needs and makes recommendations accordingly. She’s friendly too! Gotten facials elsewhere, but since I discovered Urban, I’m stuck. 100% would recommend.
