The gymnasium is quite spacious for about 30 people at a time. The have other facilities like the swimming pool, tennis court and a wide space for recreational activities. Aerobic activities from Monday through to Thursday is very good and I highly recommend. The changing room is always neat. If you live around Osu, Ridge, Kanda, Flagstaff house and it environs, this place is ideal.

We had a buffet lunch after a funeral at the premises. The place is well kept and very neat. All amenities are in good working order. There's ample parking and it being right in the middle of Accra makes it easily accessible.

The gym instructor was so helpful and the price is moderate, registration ghs50.00, and monthly basis ghs150.00

It was nice place to be. The poolside, the gym, the lawn tennis court and the event centre are places for each and everyone to experience.

A very social place, absolute standard by it self. First class gym, swimming pool, a place for party, wedding refreshment etc.
