They make sure you explain the sickness or condition to them before they administor you the drug. There was a time when I had an infection but didn't know it, I decided to go to palace because I was told by one of my neighbors that their drugs are affordable. I went to the pharmacy not knowing what exactly was wrong with me so when I got there, one of the people at the counter directed me to another pharmacist. So he took me to a private part of the pharmacy and asked to explain to him how I feel or what I think was wrong. After about 3 minutes of conversation, we came to a conclusion and he gave me the drugs I needed. I didn't know I would be getting about 3 drugs so I told him I could be only afford 2 of the drugs at the moment. So he gave me the two and I went to get the last one the next day. I felt like I went to a clinic but it was palace pharmacy.
