I’m so impressed with this facility and its staff. I had a medical emergency and called in the morning as soon as they opened praying they’d be able to accommodate me. The gentleman who answered their switchboard was courteous and reassuring, and managed to book me in to see a specialist that same afternoon.

When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the state-of-the-art facility, the cleanliness and the upmost professionalism shown. I saw a triage nurse for an immediate assessment then a urologist and a general practitioner before being sent to the facility downstairs for diagnostic imaging, it was all so seamless and effortless. I was sent home with temporary medication and booked in the following day to see the same team for a course of action, and to see a cardiologist.

I was talked through my diagnosis, aided by the diagnostic imaging and lab reports, and then told I needed surgery ASAP. I agreed to their course of action and was booked in for surgery a few days later.

Their surgical facility was like something from a futuristic movie. I was thoroughly impressed bearing in mind I was formerly the CEO of an advanced medical centre in South Africa.

The surgery went without a hitch and I thank the entire team I encountered over the course of the week, they are truly exemplary of their profession.

My first thought on finding myself in a medical emergency was to get on a plane to the UK or SA, I’m so glad I didn’t.

Dr. Alkaterini/ Katerina is incredible; and, a wonderful surgeon. “Thank you for not only taking good care of my health; but every day of my life will be better because of you”.

First thing I noticed when I walked in this clinic was that, the whole premises was very clean, with great staff.

Dr. Alkaterini was professional and lovely to speak with during every visit. She combines expertise, and a willingness to listen and discuss. Her investigative mind and ability to connect, helps you understand your current situation and what the next steps will be. Significantly, I saw how passionate and excited she was to be of help.

The staff were also very friendly, helpful and kind. They ensured that I had a smooth prep and surgery.

This hospital is amazing! From the friendly greeting at the entrance, to the smiling faces at the reception, to the friendly nurses and doctors, everything was just amazing! The environment is spotlessly neat and comfortable, and they have modern equipment for effective services.
Dr Jeanette handled my clogged ear, and now it feels brand new. Definitely would recommend this hospital.

Excellent, professional facility. Dr. Udele Tagoe is the best GYN I've ever had. She truly listens, is kind, relatable and respectful. Never condescending and always explains thoroughly. It's not inexpensive care, but it is excellent, and worth it, if you can afford it.

Honestly, Dr. Tagoe can have all my money.

I've never been to a hospital where just the mere consultation with your physician gives one hope that your condition is going to be adequately addressed. Dr. Haramis literally taught me some basic & critical things about the urinary tract system. We need this facility in Sierra Leone

Enfin je fais le post, que j’aurais du faire depuis longtemps.je dois beaucoup à la clinique Luccahealth, ces chirurgiens m’ont opéré à 6 mois de grossesse, d’une appendicite en urgence. la peur de ma vie, à l’annonce de cette nouvelle, j’avais tellement peur mais trop risqué d’être évacué vers l’Europe. Une chirurgie qui c est très bien passé, le suivi post opératoire est excellent. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme des médecins et des infirmières. Le suivi même quand tu sors de la clinique. Mon fils à 10 mois aujourd’hui. Pour avoir fait 2 chirurgies en France, l’équipement n’a rien à envier à l’Occident. Je recommande totalement cette clinique! Merci à mes 3 guerriers de chirurgiennes qui m’ont opéré et qui ont sauvé ma vie et celle de mon bébé !!! Merci
