Accra Marriott Hotel

One of the best stays I've ever had. Exceptional service from every member of staff. They work so hard to make sure you are taken care of and treated well. The room was nice, the restaurant was great, and the bar was always good. They even brought the market to the hotel. Thank you for everything, this will absolutely be where I stay when I come back!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The stay was great. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is a great place to relax and enjoy your day and the hotel restaurant is perfect. Had the breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel, the food was amazing and the service with great. Gablah the restaurant manager was super, he came to check on the experience and how everything is going. Keep it up.

It was a business meeting at one of the Halls so I didn't really get to explore the hotel.

The interior is great. The ambience is world class, and the service is average.

They would however have to boost their physical security, especially at the entrance.

Services could also be topnotched to match the ambience.

This was one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed in West Africa. Where they stand out is customer service. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and constantly check on you to ensure you don't need anything. I received a nice email prior to arrival from Ms. Claudia (Guest Experience Supervisor). Although I didn't get early check since I arrived prior to check in time, I was allowed to hang out in the lounge and Ms. Claudia came in to personally welcome me. The room was very clean and compares to any Marriott worldwide. The breakfast was great and the atmosphere was relaxing and classy. I would definitely stay here anytime I come to Accra.

My party of four had a pleasant experience at the Marriott Hotel in Accra Airport. The food, particularly the chow mein, was excellent. However, we found that the A la carte service was a bit slow, and in hindsight, we would have preferred the buffet option. Overall, the service was enjoyable. One minor inconvenience was the crowded parking lot at times, which required us to park across the street from the hotel. The area across the road was dimly lit and dusty, which was a bit inconvenient.

I came to the Mariott because I had SIM card issues upon my first full day in Accra. I figured if anywhere could help me, it would be at the Mariott. I walked right up to the concierge and explained my problem. Ryan and Mary at the front desk assured me they can help, and they did. Ryan reached out to Hamid, a SIM card seller. Hamid got there in the late evening on a Tuesday and got me a SIM card so I had data. It was a minor miracle!! It worked, I was no nervous about having any problems.

After my SIM card was taken care of, I had dinner at the restaurant, Red Red. I met one of the head chefs and he explained the local cuisines to me. The hotel itself is very opulent, and it even has a forex office with the best rates. I know that when I come back to Accra, I will definitely be staying at the Mariott. Ryan, Mary and Hamid are lifesavers!!!

My friends and I recently stayed at the Accra Marriot hotel in Airport city, just about a 10 minute dive from the airport

When we arrived to the hotel, the hotel staff greeted us, scanned our bags in and welcomed us in for our stay. We had an amazing stay at Accra Marriott from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. The staff was very kind and most importantly very helpful. Everyone from the front desk staff, concierge, wait staff and doorman were nothing short of amazing! Grace was our waitress the first day we arrived and she was FANTASTIC!

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, your guides and Uber drivers were easily able to locate us for an easy pick up/drop off

I would highly recommend booking your next stay at Accra Marriott for your next trip to Ghana!

As a young explorer, I'm always on the hunt for unique experiences, and this place exceeded my expectations.

The customer service was on point, with a friendly staff who made us feel right at home.

The architecture? A total feast for the eyes! Bold and creative, it sets the mood for an unforgettable evening.

The food was scrumptious, and the ambiance was just right. Even though I didn't stay overnight, this place left a lasting impression, and I'm already planning my next visit!

I don’t typically do reviews but I must do this after many years of staying at Marriott, Accra. Marriott is the best place to stay in Accra if location is important to you. The beds are comfortable and clean. The ambience is inviting and yet professional . The staff is top-notch especially Brenda, Sakina, Grace and Ibrahim. I’ve stayed in other 5 star hotels in Accra, including Kempinski, but Marriott is the place to be the best rooms, service and location that feels like a home away from home! Ask them for the green detox and the Madam’s Signature tea if the dust makes your throat itch. I highly recommend.

I have stayed at this location a few times. It is conveniently near the airport. The lounge is very good with amazing service. I will return to this hotel and would recommend.
