Great office, everything was on point, branding, staff, security, car park.

Comfortable seating space, spacious hall & the tellers were helpful. I'll recommend them to everyone!

Extremely slow, poor customer service. Even cash deposits do not reflect in your account instantly. Don't go and waste your time there unless you want to use the ATM. Staff should either be changed or more hands are required at the branch.

I made a withdrawal at the atm at 10:03 am and joined the queue to make an in-bank withdrawal. I got my money after 10:45 and there were to tellers at post. They are slow, lack queue management skills and you skip the queue if you know the cashier.

They have poor service. I stood at the counter more than 2 hours before the teller was able to count my money. Even the counting machine was bad.

Terrible terrible customer service. I would ot recommend this branch. There are only 7 chairs (yes I counted) which are understandably reserved for the elderly and disabled. Transactaion time is over 40 mins so you WILL STAND FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR BEFORE GETTING SERVED! I was highly dissapointed that such a big bank cannot even provide seats for their customers. HORRIBLE branch
