I want to commend the management team of Ashley Furniture & Kitea for bringing quality furniture to Ghana.
The sales experience was excellent with the sales associate taking time to explain and show the furniture one-by-one.
However unfortunately their warehouse management & installation/delivery service is poor. We had ordered all our furniture for our new home and based on this furniture we ordered our curtains, chose paint, and décor accessories. When it was time to deliver, we received a call that they could no longer find the dining table we had chosen. Upon all that the drivers that made the delivery were not patient and did not give ahead notice before heading to our location, so they complained I was wasting their time and taking too long.
To top it off, when they finished installing the furniture, they didn’t find the need to clean up behind themselves even after I mentioned something. They rather snubbed me and put the delivery note in my face to sign and drove off.
In as much that your products are good, the entire experience is also important. If something is not done about this, you will lose a customer base.
