Terrible experience. Before going to this place I read the reviews and saw how negative it was and thought oh! What can go wrong. Believe me when I say it's a terrible experience. From the security not paying attention to who enters to you not knowing where to sit to borderline rude staff! It's appalling, I was shouted at, disrespected and shown the door. All of my enquiries were not attended to and I was directed to the main branch.
'Take a car and go to the main branch' I was told.
Go at your own risk!

one of the worst branch I have ever saved at. Poor customer service, no respective of time and woe betides you if you travel out of Ghana and your bank card expires while you still got money in there, that will be the end. no proper arrangements and full of delays leaving the customer stranded in another man's country. I cannot renewed my card for almost 2 years and I can't even access my bank statement. Other smaller banks do all the due diligence to make sure they renew and even sends the cards to their customers wherever they are. I regret saving in Ecobank trust me

Waiting in queue for more hours is a norm is here. And it's so infuriating to bank here.
