Empty big building blocks lacking necessarily hospital equipment and workers.

I wont advice any woman who wants to deliver the first time to go there. NEVER!!.

What I saw my wife went through that fateful night was very horrible.

a lot of administrative assistance is needed. some personnel at the hospital are so rude and disrespectful to patients
