Great experience as always at Nisa! I live local and love that i can easily go in and receive and return my evri parcels so quickly!!! I go in a few times a week to return parcels and never have any issues! The staff print out my barcodes and send the parcel off so efficiently! Kind staff and a great local shop!

I go here with all my parcels, collection and delivery. I also buy things from this store. I find the shop well stocked, clean and things are easy to find. The staff have always been very helpful to me and i am always served with a smile 😃

I had a gas card emergency and the chaps in the shop couldn't do more to help me, they were really helpful and kind considering I'd been to 2 other shops for replacement gas card and they were useless but the chaps here at Hayes lane fabulous saved my but from frost bite... Thank you

Apart from quick grocery they have very helpful staff. For an example , store staff kept , lost valuable item for few days before I realized.
What more to expect , thumb up and you guys rock.The best neighborhood store :-).

Staff are ok, but I think some products (e.g. milk) are a bit expensive. I have not been given the correct change on 2 occasions - this was some time ago when it first opened

Rude staff and very poor customer service.

Also watch out for the deals they plaster all over the store, when you get to the till and they don't honour them. Be careful and make sure you know how much you are paying before you go to the till.

I have been overcharged 4 out the last 5 times I have visited here recently, I call them out at the till every time and tell them they should honour the deals that they promote!

It really is shocking and its no way to treat the locals that keep these shops going!

I won't be shopping here again.

Only now do I look at the reviews and issues people had dropping off parcels . If I'd have known I would steer clear! Everything that's been said I 100% agree with . Very dismissive and not willing to help or even attempt to help it's clearly to much effort for them , not as if they've anything else to do by the looks of it . Dropped parcels off elsewhere at coppice av with no issues at all.
