The food hall is really good. Nice selection of deserts from cheesecakes to cup cakes. Well worth a visit.

Wow, wow, wow! I'm at a loss for words. My first visit to Manchester Selfridges Trafford Centre was absolutely stunning. While the cookies at Gooey were a bit on the calorific side, the overall indulgence was worth it. What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service from Nantia and Diana. They created a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Selfridges, earning them a well-deserved 5-star rating! Huge thanks to these ladies for making my day truly special.

Truly is a beautiful shopping experience! 5 stars but some staff do look you up and down & think you don’t have any money ! Never a judge a book by its cover ! My son is very intelligent he asks questions all the time and the staff are always happy to answer them ! Times need to change how you judge people !

High-end store, so be prepared to spend here.

Great service from the staff.
- The guy working in the Ralph Lauren section went out of his way to find an item in a specific size for me. Went multiple times to the stock room for me without getting frustrated.
- The lady at the counter near the chocolate section was great in assisting with a query I had regarding their coffee.

Unfortunately didn't get either of their names.

Will glady visit again when next in UK.

I had the pleasure of being served by Costas today for compilation of a hamper for gifting. Not only was he very warm and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable on what to include in my hamper and helped me handpick items across the store and then assisted me in carrying everything to my car! 5* service, you went above and beyond, highly recommended! Thank you Costas you are a gentleman and what the luxury retail experience should be about! I will be visiting again soon!

Fantastic shopping experience today especially in selfridges with Naz in Boss. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the process of finding clothes that look good and fit well easy and enjoyable. She is a credit to the store

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Vicki and other ladies from ESTEE LAUDER SELFRISGES (Trafford Center, Manchester )provided excellent customer service by helping me today with selecting the right foundation to cover my tattoo. All the ladies were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They spend extra time to make sure I am fully satisfied. Vicki tried a few different shades of the foundations and in the end, I could not be happier with the results and the whole experience. Highly recommend visiting the store!

A personal favourite, has a great selection of concessions especially in the home department. I particularly like the books, cookware, interiors and food hall. Stocks the kind of things you just can't get anywhere else. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Must have been football day because it went that busy. Lots of shops to browse. Plenty of selection too. Food court is good.

AMAZING! Fun rides, shopping, food, peace, entertainment everything at one place. This is literally a city in itself. I loved every part of it though we could only cover half of it in a day. You would want more than a day to fully explore the mall on whole. Have fun ✌

Staff were wonderful on the 8th December, 2023 especially Gemma on the Mulberry counter. We purchases items from Aspinal and Louis went above and beyond. His wrapping skills are exceptional. He was amazing and smart and immaculately dressed. 10 out of 10.

Favourite shop in the Trafford centre. Always a huge range, brilliant service and good idea's for gifts and presents or even when you just want to spoil yourself. Food hall always has something going on and is a fabulous place to sit, eat, chat and people watch.

Armani counter lady Emma and YSL Anna lovely ladies. Very friendly approachable made me feel welcomed bought my first purchase. Highly recommend amazing customer service !!
